AAEON, a professional medical product manufacturer, has announced the debut of two new medical stations—ONYX-175X and ONYX-195X this month. Display Solutions has now added these products to its extensive Panel PC product range.
The ONYX-175X/195X Diagnostic Medical Stations are based on the Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo processor which delivers a performance improvement of more than 100%, compared to systems running on traditional single-core processors. With two cores, or computing engines, the units can simultaneously execute two computing tasks. It accommodates one 2.5" SATA hard disk drive and up to 2GB DDR SODIMM.
The ONYX-175X/195X is equipped with the ATI E2400 MXM Graphic module which offers powerful graphics performance for any application. The ONYX-175X/195X is a 17"/19" unit with 300 nits TFT display and 1280 x 1024 resolution. These two models have built-in RFID and Smart Card Reader Security. It also features two isolated Gigabit LAN and four serial ports with full safety and medical certifications.
The superb quality graphic accelerator integrated into the ONYX-175X/195X makes the units an excellent image processing station.
